I am an entrepreneur, international business leader, and hospitality professional with over 26 years of experience across multiple industries and countries.
My journey began in hospitality, where I developed a passion for excellence, leadership, and creating memorable experiences. Throughout my career, I have worked as a Head Chef in my own restaurant, Bar Manager, Restaurant Manager, Food & Beverage Director, Villa Manager, and Duty Manager. I am proud to have been recognized as Best Sommelier in Türkiye and Best Restaurant Manager in Abu Dhabi.
Today, my professional interests extend across international recruitment, executive headhunting, renewable energy, photovoltaic solutions, real estate, hospitality, and global business development. I am particularly passionate about connecting talented people with opportunities, building international partnerships, and turning ambitious ideas into successful businesses.
Beyond my professional life, I believe strongly in giving back to society. I serve as Foundation Director of the Rotary Club of Badulla and am an Honorary Member of Juniti e.V. in Germany, supporting humanitarian initiatives, education, and community development.
Having lived and worked across different countries and cultures, I have learned that true leadership is not defined by titles, wealth, or position, but by integrity, respect, humility, and the positive impact we create in the lives of others.
